What we do :
The core of what we have been doing is recycling waste in creative ways to make useful products such as gift tags, envelopes, bags, coasters, tablemats, vases etc.
But that’s not what we are all about! We are also a platform for youngsters to put their talents on display. Are you a talented young chef? Or a gifted sketch artist? Or adept at any craftwork? Or do you have a desire to contribute to your community?
Art for a cause creates this space for the talented to showcase & sell their products for the greater good of the less fortunate who are in dire need of our help. Let us all do our bit in order to contribute to a happier world.
We are constantly on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to donate, volunteer or even become a member of our team.
Further, ‘Art for a Cause’ will hold interactive learning sessions/workshops for children. These workshops will vary from ‘Dance’ to ‘Cooking’ to ‘Kid's Newsroom’ etc.
In September 2016, Rs. 35,000 was donated by ART FOR A CAUSE towards the chemotherapy and treatment of the 8 year old cancer patient Ms. Zakia Nafis Ahmed at Tata Memorial Hospital.
